The pace is slower than our XTEND class to increase the challenge and focus required. Taught only by our qualified XTEND and Mat Pilates instructors, we know you are in the best hands to be lead through a fun and firey Pilates class that will sculpt your muscles whilst challenging your endurance, stamina, and stability.
REFORMER PILATES
Stability. Strength. Conditioning.
These small group classes give you an intense and dynamic Pilates workout, adding resistance with the use of springs. This class is ideal for toning muscles, increasing stability through the joints, improving posture and flexibility, and providing a full body workout. Please contact us directly if you are pre-natal before booking your first class.
FULL SPECTRUM IR SAUNA
Relax. Recover. Rejuvenate
Full spectrum saunas, also known as near, mid, and far-infrared saunas, emit a broader range of infrared wavelengths. They incorporate multiple heating elements or emitters that produce near infrared, mid infrared, and far infrared wavelengths. Infrared Saunas function differently to a traditional sauna but the health benefits are just as far reaching. Our full spectrum sauna generate the powerful therapeutic energy of near, mid and far infrared rays with each penetrating the body to a different degree. Our full spectrum sauna sessions are Free and are Exclusive for our members.
XTEND STICK
Strength. Sculpt. Stability
With the addition of the Pilates Stick, your core muscle activation and body control is pushed to its challenge zone. The additional resistance from the bungee cords will further test your balance and improve your upper body strength. The challenges to cardio, sculpt and balance that our signature workouts are designed on are truly amplified in XTEND Stick.
This class is not suitable to pre-natal clients.
VINYASA + YIN YOGA

From Vinyasa flow to relaxing candlelit Yin, our studios offer a range of yoga classes to complement our energizing XTEND classes. Improve your mental strength and stamina as you move through the class and leave feeling refreshed, energized and strong.
STRETCH
Flexibility. Mobility. Recovery.
This class moves through the entire body and is designed to help you increase your mobility and range of motion, plus prevent injury at the same time. Alignment and spinal articulation are also big components of this class and you will do a combination of dynamic, isometric and active stretches to help increase your body’s overall flexibility.
MUMS AND BUBS
Gentle. Strength. Supported.
Whether you have loved XTEND for years, or are new to the workout, our Mums and Bubs class offers you a supportive return to exercise after having your baby. Our skilled instructors will make modifications to our signature XTEND class to ensure your body is gently and gradually challenged.
