Absolutely love the vibe at this studio. Trainers are all wonderful and classes are fun and challenging. There is also a diverse bunch of members who are very welcoming, non-intimidating and friendly. So glad I found this little gem!

The studio is beautiful and always spotless; the instructors are lovely, personable (they know everyone by name) and very good at what they do. No two classes are the same, which keeps me motivated. I can’t recommend enough.

I’m loving the studio, the classes and the instructors. They have delivered specific care and instructions while pregnant, making my workout safe and enjoyable. They are located in a great spot and with lots of parking around.
